About Us

Established in 1959 as Stevenson-Edwards Management, the company took over the management responsibilities for properties held by Stevenson-Dilbeck Realty. In 1983 Stevenson Property Management evolved as a separate entity. From 1984-1998, the company evolved into a fee management business, directed by Mark Trueblood, as the managing partner. In 1998, Mark Trueblood completed the purchase of the company. TRUMARK Real Estate Management and Services continues this tradition.

As the local tri-city (Burbank, Glendale & Pasadena) areas has developed and grown over the past years, TRUMARK has been part of its growth. Today, TRUMARK is regarded as a regional leader in Real Estate Management, effectively managing over 1700 multifamily units, and over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, commercial, medical and industrial buildings in the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valley.

Trumark is involved locally with membership in the Glendale and Burbank Multiple Listing Services as well as the Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank Chambers of Commerce. In addition we maintain affiliations with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) and have attained the Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) designation from IREM®. Trumark is also a Member of the Better Business Bureau.
