Established
in 1959 as Stevenson-Edwards Management, the company took over
the management responsibilities for properties held by Stevenson-Dilbeck
Realty. In 1983 Stevenson Property Management evolved as a separate
entity. From 1984-1998, the company evolved into a fee management
business, directed by Mark Trueblood, as the managing partner.
In 1998, Mark Trueblood completed the purchase of the company.
TRUMARK Real Estate Management and Services continues this tradition.
As the
local tri-city (Burbank, Glendale & Pasadena) areas has
developed and grown over the past years, TRUMARK has been
part of its growth. Today, TRUMARK is regarded as a regional
leader in Real Estate Management, effectively managing over
1700 multifamily units, and over 1,000,000 square feet of
office, retail, commercial, medical and industrial buildings
in the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valley.
